Fury Performance specializes in Speed, Agility, Strength, Conditioning, and Explosion Training for ALL Athletes!!!
 
We have have added a new training dynamic to our weekly training sessions. First, we have added an additional training day. Weekly training sessions will focus on the following aspect of performance enhancement in ALL sports. 
Monday- Speed Training
Tuesday- Agility Training
Wednesday– Strength Training
Thursday– Overall Conditioning
Sunday- Explosion Training
All sessions will include an extensive core workout.
 
Training Options: 
Your son/daughter may train as much as they want, we will run 5 Speed & Agility sessions weekly per age group.
 
Unlimited month-to-month training option: $150 per month ($315 Value)
Pay by session training option: $15 per session.  
 
6-9 year old Boys/Girls:
Monday 6:00-7:00 pm 
Tuesday 6:00-7:00 pm
Wednesday 6:00-7:00 pm
Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm
Sunday 2:00-3:00 pm
10-14 year old Boys/Girls:  
Monday 7:00-8:00 pm 
Tuesday 7:00-8:00 pm 
Wednesday 7:00-8:00 pm

15-18 year old Boys/Girls: 
Monday 7:00-8:00 pm

Mom’s Bootcamp Classes
